Fear Control Panel misused by parties who are not responsible ? Just lock the control panel is, it's easy ?

Run the Registry Editor. Type (regedit) in the search box or Run.
Log into the sub key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT / CLSID / {21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} / \InProcServer32
When trouble finding press the buttons (ctrl + f), on the 'find' input : {21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} see picture below :
When finished looking to do exactly in the picture below :
Try now access your control panel, then you will find the message "No Page To Display". To restore it as before, sufficient return shell32.dll- be shell32.dll. (without the minus sign).
Note: If there is no effect, please restart your computer.
