Cloning a CD is one way to backup all data stored on CD. Difference if the copy files on the CD directly, then the file such as setting-an, labels and others will not participate in the copy. But with cloning CD, would take / copy everything on the CD includes settings, label, type, etc.
By cloning the CD would be easier if you want to make a copy of a bootable CD. Here's the software that can be used to make cloning a CD.
- Download and install Daemon Tools first
- When finished installing, Right click on the icon "Daemon tool" and click Disc imaging.
- Now yhe configuration window will appear, from here you can determine where the CD which will in Cloning, and the results Cloning stored.
- Once you decide that you want the CD Cloning and location of storage, now select the speed of reading (Reading Speed), to a slower course, because if you set the reading speed to the maximum, most likely the result of cloning would corrupt CD.
- After everything is finished gives a chance, just click the start button. Software will start to make cloning a CD.
